Oha. Tim Cook, der CEO von Apple, hat bei der Bekanntgabe der zweiten Quartalszahlen ein paar interessante Informationen beigesteuert:

We are pleased to report record March quarter revenue thanks to continued strong performance of iPhone and iPad. Our teams are hard at work on some amazing new hardware, software, and services and we are very excited about the products in our pipeline.

Das zumindest steht in der offiziellen Pressemitteilung. In der Telefonkonferenz hiess es:

Our teams are hard at work at some amazing new hardware, software, and services that we can’t wait to introduce this fall and throughout 2014.

Weiter erwähnte Tim, dass man neue Produkte entwickelt, welche in neuen Produkt-Kategorien ein Wachstumspotential haben! Wenn man jetzt aber zurück denkt, dann fällt auf, dieses Jahr gab es noch keine Pressekonferenz! Und glaubt man dem Gesprochenen von Tim Cook, dann soll es auch erst im Herbst wieder soweit sein mit neuen Produktankündigungen… Ãœbrigens. Ein iPhone mit einem 5-Inch Screen hat Cook ein weiteres mal kategorisch abgelehnt…
